If you want to be a member of ASCVTS, please fill out the Application Form and Payment Form (EXCEL file : 161K) and return to the office of ASCVTS by post or fax.

When you become an active member of ASCVTS, you are obliged to pay the annual dues to the office of ASCVTS.

The amount of annual dues for regular member is 18,000yen, which includes subscription fee of the official journal.
